Using the site

Zovan Speed Test is free to use for personal and business purposes. You may run as many tests as you like. You may not run automated scripts against the site, resell access, or use it in a way that degrades service for other people.

Accuracy

Results are measurements, not guarantees. They depend on your device, your Wi‑Fi, how busy your connection is, the route to the test server and how loaded that server is. Two tests minutes apart can differ legitimately. See the disclaimer for what this means if you plan to use a result in a complaint.

The tools

The network tools are provided for checking your own connection. Do not use them to probe systems you do not own or administer. The port checker deliberately only ever tests the connection you are browsing from.

Third party services

Measurements use Cloudflare’s public endpoints and some tools query other public APIs. Those services have their own terms and can change or withdraw access at any time, which would stop parts of this site working. We do not control that.

Advertising

This site does not display advertising.

Intellectual property

The Zovan name, logo and the design of this site belong to Zovan. Product names belonging to other companies are their property and are used here only to describe them factually.

Liability

The site is provided as is, without warranty. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of a result, for loss of data or income, or for interruptions in service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu having jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
